Trogon with
Development by Design, Inc. (DbyD) provided Construction/ Program
Management services for Phase I development and construction on North by
Northwest, LLC (NbyN) $65.0 million, 100 acre mixed-use real estate
development project in Williston, North Dakota. The project is situated on Highway 2/85 in the City of Williston, ND. The City of Williston is located within the Bakken Oil Formation in western North Dakota. The planned development consists of 1,344 housing units on 73 acres, which is divided in four (4) phases, and 27 acres dedicated to 223,400 sq ft of commercial building pads, including a 157 room extended stay multistory hotel. Phase I consists of 300 residential units arranged in (5) 24 and (6) 30 unit buildings made up of 1 and 2 bedroom apartment configuration. Site and backbone infrastructure work completed. |
