Saigon Co.op is Vitenam's leading supermarket chain located in densely populated residential areas throughout the country.  The new store in Dong Nai Province's Bien Hoa city covers over 12,000 square meters on four floors. 

MegaStar Cineplex's (MSC) state-of-art 6-screen, 808-seat on 1,780 square meter cinema complex occupies the center's third floor.  With large wall-to-wall screen auditoriums equipped with the latest surround sound system and the most advanced digital film technology, the US$3.0 million complex is MSC's third location offering an international standard cinema experience.

Trogon provided pre-development support, technical feasibility, cost and schedule analysis and periodic project evaluation through to completion.

In collaboration with the cinema design team and base building technical team, solutions to critical structural issues were resolved in order to provide a superior entertainment experience and allow the cinema to operate efficiently.

Located in a high traffic section of the city, careful consideration was given to the impact of external noise on the quality of the presentation within each auditorium. 

Strategic sound and vibration isolation measures were incorporated into the construction to achieve the sound transmission classification ratings adopted for the cinema. 

A quality control inspection and testing protocol was implemented as part of the commissioning initiative to ensure the highest environment quality.
